I was brought up in a small village in the Netherlands before moving to Amsterdam to study International Relations. In 2011 my partner and I drove from Amsterdam to Cape Town in an old Hilux bakkie, and settled down in Tamboerskloof. A year later we were ready to buy and contacted Kapstadt International to help us find the right spot. Together with my architect– partner, we ended up designing and building our dream home in Vredehoek with the most amazing views, where we love living with our two young boys.
We stayed subscribed to Kapstadt's newsletter, always impressed by their property portfolio, and enjoying the personal tone of voice and the neighbourhood news. Fast forward to 2020, after having set up and run Shweet Products for 9 years, I am so excited and proud to have become part of the strong Kapstadt team, an amazing group of women that are welcoming, hardworking, supportive, honest and fun.
